Virtual Visits (available year round)
New patient visit package: Includes a case review before visit so that we can hit the ground running, 75min HIPAA compliant virtual visit with Rachel to discuss all your health needs and goals, a personalized plan emailed to you, tons of helpful resources, and one week of email support following our visit. $650. $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders
Established patient visits: $400/hour, prorated, with $100 minimum charge. $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders
Quick acute care needs visits for non-established patients: (I’ve never seen you before, but you have a UTI, STI, need a refill on a med, or need progesterone for pregnancy, etc, and just need a quick Rx): 15-20 min phone visit; we will make a chart on you, but you’ll need to establish care with a new patient visit if you want to go deeper later on: $200
Miscarriage management: 30min visit with Rx or herbal guidance with a 30min follow up visit and text support in between. Follow up ultrasound or blood work orders as well, if desired. $600 with a $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders. Same day appointments available, just reach out!
Just a Chat: Need a 2nd opinion, help planning for your birth, a debrief, or just have some questions? This consult option is for both midwives and consumers. I won’t make a chart for you, order labs nor ultrasound nor prescribe, this is just an opportunity to ask me anything and to get my advice on almost anything hormone, pregnancy, birth, baby or postpartum related. $600/hr/prorated to 20min.
