Initial visits are 60-90 minutes, depending on the service booked, and follow-up visits are typically 20-60 minutes depending on your individual needs. There is no need to limit yourself to only a pap visit, or to a single problem per visit, I’m here to help you save time and feel the dignity and humanity that you deserve, but that is missing in commercialized healthcare!
Note: in person visits are available in February and at other times, depending on client request and my availability to travel there (I live in Denver now).
I offer both à la carte services and a membership-based subscription — so you can choose what fits your needs best.
While my à la carte pricing is listed below, the most affordable and flexible way to work with me is through my membership program (12 month commitment).
With the subscription, you’ll get:
- One comprehensive annual exam (60 minutes, valued at $650)
- Access to $40 visits
- Reduced administrative fees ($25 instead of $40)
- Monthly members-only “Ask Me Anything” Zoom calls
- Ongoing support with less financial pressure
Membership is $108/month with a 12 month commitment
This model allows for a more relaxed, relationship-centered approach to your care.

60min New Patient Well person visit: This is for clients who simply want a Much Better well woman exam experience, but who are not having deep chronic issues that need to be trouble shot. Visit includes case review before visit to hit the ground running. Exam includes a breast, belly, and pelvic exam, with an assessment of posture, pelvic floor, and breathing. Pap smear and blood work as indicated. The visit also includes review of diet and lifestyle and lab review if applicable. Includes a beautiful handmade journal to take notes. $750 with $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders.
60min Established Patient Well person care visit: This visit is similarly for women without need to troubleshoot big issues, and who are looking for a luxurious (and dare I say Fun?) well woman care visit. Visit includes case review before visit to hit the ground running. Exam includes a breast, belly, and pelvic exam, with an assessment of posture, pelvic floor, and breathing. Pap smear and blood work as indicated. The visit also includes review of diet and lifestyle and lab review if applicable. $650 with $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders.
90min New Patient Deep Dive “Problem(s)” focused visit: These visits include all the same as described in the New Patient visit above, but it allows us more time to really delve into an issue or issues you are struggling with, for example, fertility, chronic infections, perimenopause, PCOS, thyroid issues, pain with sex, etc! $995 with $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders.
45 min Established Patient Deep Dive “Problem(s)” focused visit: as described above, but 45 minute visits, for established clients $550 with $40 add on for Rx, labs, or imaging orders.
